Very intentionally designed with two handles for the heft of iron should be held with comfort and confidence. The sidewalls are low enough to work in easily, and high enough to hold a full meal. This pan will be your go-to for family meals. The self basting nubs on the underside of the included 12” lid deliver moisture back into the dish while you are cooking. The top handle is a beautiful brass abstraction of a cherry branch, adding an ornamental element.
